(we had two data VLANs) Since your place seems to have one big /24 this might not be such a hassle. Both of our clients were constantly moving shit around, and having to call them to re-assign switchport VLAN membership was infuriating. My biggest problem was the fact we had no control over the ADP network. If they are on the newer Drive software, it might be worth picking up.ĩ0% of the ADP issues were solved by just removing and reinstalling the Drive software, or replacing failed hardware. IMO, if the dealership is using the older ADP WebSuite software and seems reluctant to upgrade, run far away. About all we directly supported and managed was on-site Exchange/file servers, workstations, general printers, etc. Network, Billing, Inventory, Repair, ERP, VoIP, plus some other non-ADP 3rd party solutions on the sales side of things. The MSP I worked for had two dealerships that were almost wholly ADP. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out with a little poking around, asking the client, and and perhaps a phone call to ADP Dealer Services. Like /u/psykiv said, they could be running almost the whole dealership, or only select portions of the business.
